The Mission First methodology is born out of the U.S. Special Operations Forces community, created and conducted by professionals and veterans with decades of experience assessing and protecting high-value targets.

Mission First Training Group was created to make a difference. We offer comprehensive organization training development and security management; realistic and stress-based active shooter response management, crisis management, and reunification planning; in-person and remote leadership and security awareness training. We support many markets; schools/universities, commercial/business industry; retail, faith organizations, and law enforcements with training conducted by former Special Operations Personnel.

As the CEO, I have seen firsthand the importance of preparing individuals and organizations for emergency situations, and we take immense pride in offering comprehensive training solutions to help prevent and respond to security threats. No matter the industry or setting, we provide tailored training programs that equip our clients with the skills and knowledge necessary to keep themselves, their teams, and their assets safe. Our CEO served in the 75th Rgr Regt (3rd Bn), Special Mission Unit (SMU) and the U.S. Army's 160th SOAR a.k.a the "Night Stalkers".

Our team is made up of experienced and committed experts in the security industry, and we are passionate about making a difference in the communities we serve. Clay retired as a U.S. Navy Seal with 15 years assigned to the elite DEVGRU, Seal Team 6.
